Who We Are

Mokaulengwe Benefit Scheme is a regulated insurance agency dedicated to providing comprehensive insurance services to Central government, Councils, Land boards, and Parastatals employees. Established in 2015 and licensed in 2017 by NBIFIRA, we are a subsidiary of the National Amalgamated Local and Central Government and Parastatals Workers Union. Our headquarters are located at Western Commercial, CBD, Morojwa Mews, second floor.

What We Offer

At Mokaulengwe Benefit Scheme, we provide a range of insurance benefits designed to support our members (Central Government Employees, Local Councils, Land Boards and Parastatals Employees) and their families in times of need.

Death Claim Checklist

In order to speed up the claim process, please ensure that the following documentation is presented in the time of claim:

DEATH OF A MEMBER / POLICY OWNER

  • True certified copy of death certificate.
  • True certified copy of ID (BENEFICIARY)
  • Bank statement of Beneficiary/Life reward card
  • Nomination form
  • Police report for accidental death

NB: In case where beneficiary is not nominated.
